Default smaller off-road tyres for tamiya semi trucks?

I've been looking for off-road tyres that are roughly the same diameter as the stock ones (22mm wide and 83mm diameter)

while browsing on rc4wd, i saw several semi truck tyres that are 74 or 78 mm diameter (eg http://store.rc4wd.com/Truck-Town-11...es_p_3256.html), wouldn't that make the ride height lower and not so ideal for off-road use?

Yes it would lower the ride height.
