Default Scale points: Spare Tyre or Wheel & Tyre?

Just wondering about scale points and under "Functional items max -8 points" one option is "Full size spare tyre"... So can this be a tyre without the wheel?

Thanks

As far as I can remember it has to be a spare wheel and tyre cause if you pop a tyre off the rims while driving you are allowed to swap it round as if you are doing a repair on course. I might be wrong but if I remember well that's how it was explained to me.

The plastic G-made "steelies" weigh very little and look ok once they've had a bit of paint and mud on them.

top of the class all correct,

it must be wheel and tire within 1/4" of the diameter of fitted tires or 6.34mm in new money
it doesn't have to be the same pattern or style.

Nope
You need a wheel as well.

You need to be able to put it on your truck and drive with it if asked.
Functional.
